Good Market, based in Zurich, is an online trading company ........ These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the goodmarket.ch website in the version current at the time of the order.
Order and contract conclusion
In the store you place an online order. The order is binding when you have agreed to the terms and conditions and have pressed the BUY button. This creates a legally valid purchase contract. After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
Our terms of delivery and sale
After the order confirmation, we will send you the ordered items to the delivery address you specified in the form of a nice package. The usual delivery time is with 1-3 weeks.
If the delivery of the goods fails despite several delivery attempts, Good Market may withdraw from the contract.
Offer & Prices
Our online offer is subject to change and non-binding. As a rule, the items offered in the online store are produced only on order. If it is not possible to deliver one or more articles due to a stock discrepancy, Good Market will inform you about this circumstance as soon as possible and offer you equivalent articles. If you do not like any of these articles, the amount will be refunded.
Our sales prices are quoted in Swiss francs excl. statutory VAT and excl. shipping costs (CH only).

Prices and VAT
The prices displayed in the online store are binding. Good Market is not subject to VAT.
For the items ordered in the Good Market Shop, only the prices displayed in the shopping cart immediately before submitting the order apply.
Payment options
Accepted credit card and Twint
Credit card
You can also pay for your order by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express - via clearhouse.com). Any fees charged by the card institutions will be charged to you.
Coupon
You can pay for your order with a voucher from Good Market. To do this, enter the code on the voucher in the appropriate field of the order. A voucher can only be redeemed for the full amount.
The amount of the vouchers is predefined. The vouchers are issued exclusively in CHF and are freely transferable.
Cash payment is excluded.
Retention of title
The ordered goods remain the property of Good Market until full payment.
Right of revocation/right of return
You can cancel the contract within 20 days after receipt of the goods with a description of the reason for return by returning the goods. The return of the goods is at your responsibility and expense.
Only items that are absolutely intact and in perfect condition will be taken back. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad smelling products can not be returned. Should this not be the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

Delivery defects
We ask you to immediately check the delivered items for accuracy, completeness and integrity. Complaints regarding the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity discrepancies must be notified to us in writing by email within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The defect will be examined by Good Market immediately. If the defect is accepted by Good Market, you will receive an identical replacement item, if available, and a refund of the shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be refunded the full amount.

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We observe the applicable data protection regulations and secure your data against unauthorized access by third parties (data security measures).
Our online store is encrypted by means of SSL (Secure Socket Layer), whereby all data of the offer as well as your payment and customer data are transmitted safely with us.
Good Market is authorized to use your personal data to send you special offers or information about new collections. You can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for promotional purposes at any time by sending an e-mail to hi@appenzeller-gurt.com.
We secure our website and other systems by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your shopping account is only possible after entering your personal password.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The contractual relationship between you and Good Market is governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (UN Sales Convention). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich. In addition, Good Market is also entitled to choose to have recourse to the court at the registered office/place of residence of the customer.
