Scope of application
Good Market, based in Zurich, is an online market for vegetables from local farmers. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the goodmarket.ch website in the version valid at the time of the order.
Order and conclusion of contract
You place an online order in the store. The order is binding once you have agreed to the terms and conditions and clicked the BUY button. This creates a legally valid purchase contract. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
Our terms of delivery and sale
After confirming your order, we will send the items you have ordered to the delivery address you have specified or you can collect them from the Centrale Végétale at Bederstrasse 77 in 8002 Zurich. Our parcels are always delivered on Fridays and orders are accepted until 23:59 on Tuesdays.
Should the delivery of the goods fail despite several delivery attempts, Good Market may withdraw from the contract.
Offer & Prices
Our online offer is subject to change and non-binding. As a rule, the items offered in the online store are only produced to order. If it is not possible to supply one or more items due to a stock discrepancy, Good Market will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer you equivalent items. If you do not like any of these items, the amount will be refunded.
Our sales prices are quoted in Swiss francs excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs (CH only).
Our parcels are always delivered on Fridays and orders are accepted until 23:59 on Tuesdays.
Packaging and shipping costs CHF 10 in the city of Zurich, collection from the Centrale Végétale is free of charge.
Prices and VAT
The prices displayed in the online store are binding. Good Market is not subject to VAT.
For items ordered in the Good Market Shop, only the prices displayed in the shopping cart immediately before the order is sent apply.
Credit card and Twint are accepted
You can also pay for your order by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express - via clearhouse.com). Any fees charged by the card companies will be charged to you.
You can pay for your order with a voucher from Good Market. To do this, enter the code on the voucher in the corresponding field of the order. A voucher can only be redeemed for the full amount.
The amount of the vouchers is fixed. The vouchers are issued exclusively in CHF and are freely transferable.
Cash payment is excluded.
Retention of title
The ordered goods remain the property of Good Market until full payment has been received.
Right of withdrawal/right of return
At Good Market, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. That's why we offer you a right of return for all items in our e-commerce store, including our fresh produce.
Please note, however, that for health and hygiene reasons we cannot offer a right of return for fresh goods unless the products are damaged or faulty. We therefore ask you to check all delivered goods carefully upon receipt and to inform us immediately if you have any problems with your delivery.
If you contact us to let us know about the problem, we will do our best to help you quickly and effectively. We can offer you a refund or replacement for damaged or faulty products.
We recommend that our customers consume the fresh produce we supply as soon as possible to ensure that it is of the best possible quality. Please keep your receipt in case you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

We ask you to check the delivered items immediately for correctness, completeness and integrity. Complaints about the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and deviations in quantity must be notified to us in writing by email within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The defect will be checked by Good Market immediately. If the defect is accepted by Good Market, you will receive an identical replacement item, if in stock, and the shipping costs will be refunded. Otherwise the entire amount will be refunded.
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We observe the applicable data protection regulations and protect your data against unauthorized access by third parties (data security precautions).
Our online store is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all data relating to the offer and your payment and customer data are transmitted securely to us.
Good Market is entitled to use your personal data to send you special offers or information about new collections. You can revoke your consent to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We use technical and organizational measures to secure our website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your shopping account is only possible after entering your personal password.
This website contains a Facebook button. By activating the Facebook button, you enter into direct contact with the social network Facebook. Facebook uses the personal data of its users in a manner that may not comply with data protection regulations, as insufficient information is provided about the use of the data. Good Market is not liable for any damages you may suffer as a result of Facebook misusing your personal data.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The contractual relationship between you and Good Market is governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (UN Sales Convention). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich. In addition, Good Market is also entitled to choose to have recourse to the court at the registered office/place of residence of the customer.
