3 potatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
50 g vegan cheeseÂ
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika powderÂ
2 tsp herbs, ItalianÂ
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes with the skin into wedges and mix in a bowl with the vegan cheese and olive oil. Mix the spices in a separate bowl and then add to the potatoes. Mix again vigorously, then spread the potato wedges on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Vegan sour cream with a few fresh herbs tastes really delicious with this, alternatively you can of course use the wedges as a side dish. In this respect, there are no limits to your creativity.
