Ingredients

  • 200 g white cabbage 

  • 200 g carrots 

  • 200 g oat flakes or oat flour

Instructions

  • Grate the white cabbage and carrots very finely, this is best done in a multi-shredder. Then process the oat flakes into flour, leaving about 2 tablespoons of the whole oat flakes. Mix everything together to a mass and let stand for about 10 minutes. 
  • Form patties from the mixture and fry in hot canola oil.

    The recipe yields about 8 patties.

    We like to use the patties as patties for burgers. We top these with braised onions, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce and delicious homemade ketchup.
