Ingredients

  • 1 Savoy cabbage 

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 piece ginger, about 2 cm, finely chopped

  • 800 ml coconut milk 

  • 200 g tofu, diced

  • Sea salt and black pepper 

  • 200 g cashew nuts

  • 2 chillis

  • Rice as a side dish

Instructions

  • Sauté tofu, onion, garlic, ginger, cashew in a large frying pan or wok. Wash and chop the savoy cabbage and chillis and fry them as well. Add coconut milk and let everything cook on low heat until savoy cabbage is soft. Season with sea salt and black pepper.

    Rice is the best side dish.
