1 Savoy cabbageÂ
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 piece ginger, about 2 cm, finely chopped
800 ml coconut milkÂ
200 g tofu, diced
Sea salt and black pepperÂ
200 g cashew nuts
2 chillis
Rice as a side dish
Instructions
- Sauté tofu, onion, garlic, ginger, cashew in a large frying pan or wok. Wash and chop the savoy cabbage and chillis and fry them as well. Add coconut milk and let everything cook on low heat until savoy cabbage is soft. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
Rice is the best side dish.
