Fresh, healthy and Mediterranean - Israeli salad is perfect for a hot day. It is easy and quick to prepare, has spicy herbs and cools the body, soul and spirit.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber

  • 5 medium tomatoes

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 bunch parsley 

  • 1/2 half bunch peppermint

  • 1 lemon

  • Olive oil

  • Sea salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Core, quarter and slice the cucumber and tomatoes.
  • Finely dice the onion. Chop the parsley and mint leaves. Put everything in a bowl. 
  • Add the juice of one lemon, olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Mix well and serve fresh.
Save vegetables together! Order by Tuesday, receive on Friday.
