  • 2 kg potatoes

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1.5 tablespoon sea salt

Instructions

  • The potatoes are put in cold water with the skin and then boiled for about 30 minutes (it depends on the size of the tubers). Afterwards make the cooking test with a fork as also with potatoes. Then let them cool down a bit and peel them (by the way, they can also be eaten with the skin). Then cut into pieces, sprinkle generously with delicious olive oil and sea salt.

    Best enjoyed lukewarm.
